A

what someone has said or done to you and they keep on doing it - do
something about it - tell a friend or a trusted adult - and get it
STOPPED.
A person is bullied
when he or she is exposed regularly and over time to negative and
intimidating behaviour. The four main areas of bullying are:
Emotional:
tormenting; humiliation Physical: pushing;
kicking; taking belongings
Psychological:
intimidation; spreading rumours; exclusion from social groups or
activities Verbal: name-calling; sarcasm;
persistent teasing
